Located in the heart of Southport on the Gold Coast, Le Studio sits in a modern, secure warehouse block with self-serve access. This spacious, light-filled studio features a minimal, modern aesthetic, complete with stylish furniture and our signature Hamptons-style moveable backdrop. Enjoy natural morning sunlight and soft, even lighting throughout the day, plus convenient kitchen and bathroom access.

Save on studio time with our bulk packages. Book a 20- or 10-hour pack to use over six months and enjoy a discounted hourly rate. Ideal for regular clients who want flexibility and the best deal, these packages are perfect if you know you’ll need the studio often.
Memberships
Unlock VIP member rates with our flexible studio memberships. Choose between 4 or 8 hours each month at a reduced rate, with a minimum commitment of three months. Use your hours as needed during the month, making it easy to plan consistent studio time at an exclusive rate.

We are located at 23 Margaret Street, Southport. Access details will be provided upon booking.

Viewings can be arranged if you’d like to see the space before booking. Please email us at lestudio.gc@gmail.com to request a viewing.

There are a small number of car parks inside the warehouse complex, and ample street parking just outside.

There is no air conditioning in the space, however we do have a pedestal fan available for use.

Another business is located upstairs in the warehouse, so you may occasionally hear other people, but there should not be loud disturbances. If you need to record talking videos or podcasts, please contact us to request private availability.

All furniture items and props are included in your booking. Studio lighting and tripods are also included.

You will have access to a bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette (please note we don’t have a fridge available).

You will have access to high speed internet at the studio.

We do not offer refunds for studio bookings if you are not able to attend, however you may reschedule your appointment at any time. Please contact us if you wish to reschedule, or use the link in your booking email.
